The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:
Jeff Button was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and underage possession of alcohol at 595 Macon Highway at 2 a.m. on Oct. 18. Heather Marie Douglas arrived home to find a male in her bed. Button was asleep under the blankets with his shirt and sneakers off. He had no idea where he was and how he got there. All he said he could remember was that he was downtown with a buddy. The police officer wrote in the report that Button probably came into apartment through a back sliding door which was unlocked.
Phillip Jeffrey Buckner was charged a noise violation at River Mill Apartments on 100 Stonemill Run at 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 20. Nichole Parker called police and said the noise was an ongoing problem. As the officer spoke with her, someone in the apartment was jumping up and down on the floor above. The officer could hear music and three voices more than 9 feet away and cited Buckner.
Criminal trespass occurred at 122 North Poplar Street between noon on Oct. 17 and noon on Oct. 18. Mark McAfee said someone attempted to kick in the door to the building. The damage was estimated at $60.
An entering auto occurred at Hilltop Grille on 2310 West Broad Street between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Oct. 19. Duane Grosso reported a $290 video iPod and charger stolen. The window was broken, and the damage was estimated at $100.
A burglary occurred at Stonehenge at 110 Marlborough Downs Road between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 19. Jackie Williams said nothing was missing but that the front door and rear bedroom door were broken. The damage was estimated Williams is a University food services worker.
An entering auto occurred at 277 Arch Street between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Oct. 19. William Aiken said a CD player was stolen. The door frame and window were broken on the passenger side of the car. Two fingerprints were taken as evidence.
An entering auto occurred at 280 Arch Street between midnight and 11 a.m. on Oct. 19. Larry Brovillette said the driver’s side window was smashed but nothing was taken.
Eric Andrew Bisgyer was cited a noise violation at 115 Weymanda Court at 1:50 a.m. on Oct. 21. The officer could hear music and people laughing and screaming more than 100 feet away.
Anthony Edward Fernandez was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and noise ordinance violation at Riverbend Apartments on Riverbend Parkway at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 21. The officer could hear people yelling from behind the office at the top of the parking lot. When he walked behind the apartment, the officer saw people run into the woods and away from the party.
A theft occurred at Wal-Mart on 4375 Lexington Road at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 20. Priscilla Mullins said she was in the bread isle and when someone stole her purse from the cart next to her.
An entering auto occurred at 570 South Poplar Street between 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. on Oct. 20. John Knight said his $100 cell phone, $20 phone charger, $40 back pack, $300 in textbooks and $1,000 laptop were stolen while he was taking in a load of clothes from his car to his house.
Michael Andrew Broder was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol at 260 New Avenue at 3 a.m. on Oct. 21. An officer was called to the house on the report of loud people and music. It was the third times police received a call about the place that night. A male and a female were helping Broder stand up in the street in front of the house, and the officer stopped them and asked for identification.
The following unrelated incidents were reported by the UGA police department:
A theft occurred at Family Housing between 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 22 and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 26. A male student reported $260 in three books, $570 iPod and case and $50 in cash stolen.
A criminal trespass occurred at the Sigma Chi lot between 2 a.m. and 2:25 a.m. on Oct. 19. A fence was damaged.
Elizabeth Hunter Morgan, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession and possession of fake ID at Russell Hall at 4:12 a.m. on Oct. 19.
The following unrelated arrests were reported in the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office booking log:
Roy Bates McCutcheon, 19, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 18.
Autrey Lee Merritt, 24, was arrested and charged with unsafely equipped vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 3:14 a.m. on Oct. 19.
Andrew William Robinson, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, improper driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 3:15 a.m. on Oct. 19.
Ciarra Nicole Coleman, 19, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and operation of an unregistered vehicle. She was booked at 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Alicea Briana Glover, 19, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, underage possession and improper driving. She was booked at 6:11 a.m. on Oct. 20.
William Payne Kassinger, 20, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, not exhibiting license on demand, lights required, possession open container in vehicle and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Jordan Chase Klaus, 18, was arrested and charged with possession ID without consent and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 4 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Natalie Diana Marchbanks, 21, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper use of mobile phone and following too closely. She was booked at 5:18 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Amanda Michelle Martin, 17, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 2:15 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Margaret Elizabeth Massey, 20, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol and headlight requirement. She was booked at 6 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Claire Sanders McDuff, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 3:55 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Garrett Alan Parker, 20, was arrested and charged with possession ID without consent and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 5:40 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Jason Anthony Porche, 21, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and lights required. He was booked at 4 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Patrick Rahn Richardson, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:45 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Erin Elizabeth Sekerak, 23, was arrested and charged with obeying signal, improper passing, driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked at 3:40 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Phoutthayasack Jonathan Soubannarath, 21, was arrested and charged with improper driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 9 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Tommy Roger Williams, 45, was arrested and charged with suspended license, no proof insurance and suspended/revoked registration. He was booked at 2:55 a.m. on Oct. 20. Williams is an Oglethorpe Dining Hall worker.
Morgan Michelle Andrew, 19, was arrested and charged with possession ID without consent and underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 6 a.m. on Oct. 21.
Michael Andrew Broder, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 5:35 a.m. on Oct. 21.
Trevor Weston Burns, 20, was arrested and charged with contempt of Superior Court. He was booked at 1:18 p.m. on Oct. 20.
Stephen Eric Chromi, 21, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper driving. He was booked at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Joseph Vladimir Hampl, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, possession ID without consent and obstruction of an officer. He was booked at 5:20 a.m. on Oct. 21.
Karl Reiss Kreimer, 19, was arrested and charged with overtaking/passing on right and suspended license. He was booked at 9:52 p.m. on Oct. 20.
David Jerome O’Hare, 21, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer and public indecency. He was booked at 5:20 a.m. on Oct. 21.
