The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:

Kade Keron Weston was issued a noise ordinance violation at Campus Lofts of Athens on 211 North Avenue at 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 26. The officer could hear loud music more than 500 feet away and saw liquor bottles and beer cans scattered in the apartment.

A burglary occurred at 2819 Commerce Road between 4:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 23. Scott Dudley reported 24 DVDs and 5 CDs stolen through his front door.

Three entering autos occurred between 11 p.m. on Nov. 25 and 7 a.m. on Nov. 26. Leslie Turpin, Travis Williams and James Power reported their cars broken into. Turpin said the suspect stole a $200 radio by sliding open the rear window on her vehicle. Williams said the suspect broke the rear passenger window and stole a $200 CD player. Power said the suspect broke the rear passenger window and stole a $200 CD player, two $200 speakers and a $135 amplifier.

Jean Daniel Driscoll was issued a noise ordinance violation at 490 Barnett Shoals Road at 12:50 a.m. on Nov. 28. The officer heard a stereo playing loud music and asked Driscoll to turn it off.

A battery occurred at East Clayton and North Jackson streets at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 27. Buddy Heimrich was leaving his work with his wife when four males sat on his wife’s car. She asked them to move, and one male said, “Control your b****, man.” Another said, “What are you going to do about it big boy?” and punched Heimrich in the face. His wife said she was calling police, and the males fled the scene. The officer reported Heimrich had a swollen lip and small cut on the inside of his mouth.

A criminal trespass to property occurred on 170 East Rutherford Drive between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Nov. 27. Amanda Scott said the rear window was broken on her car.

A criminal trespass occurred at 105 Southview Drive between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. on Nov. 27. Kristen Evans said someone entered her screened-in porch, knocked on her door and argued with her.

The following unrelated incidents were reported by the UGA police department:

A theft occurred on Milledge Avenue between 6 p.m. on Nov. 21 and 7:40 a.m. on Nov. 27. A visitor reported a laser level, nail gun, three saws, drill and generator stolen.

A theft occurred at the Main Library between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Nov. 27. A female student reported her wallet and contents stolen.

Colby Ellis Merchant was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and false name and date of birth on Lumpkin Street at 1 a.m. on Nov. 28.

The following unrelated arrests were reported in the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office booking log:

Jeffery Richard Preis, 19, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 6:28 p.m. on Nov. 27.

Natalie Diane Marchbanks, 21, was arrested and charged with improper use of mobile phone, driving under the influence of alcohol and following too closely. She was booked at 12:25 p.m. on Nov. 28.

Jibran Saleh, 21, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol and license required. He was booked at 5:36 p.m. on Nov. 28.
