- Patchwork of Cultures XIV. Patchwork is a program sponsored by the Dept. of University Housing. Patchwork provides a forum for students to display their culture and talents. Display tables are set up for students to showcase items from their heritage, culture, lifestyle, ethnicity and religion. There are also a wide variety of dishes and delights from many different countries. A stage is set for
student performers from singers, dancers, musicians and actors. 4:30 to 7 p.m. Brumby Hall Rotunda.

- 2008 J. G. Woodroof Lecture: Industry / University Alliances. Sponsored by the Department of Food Science and Technology. Dr. Philip E. Nelson, Scholle Chair Professor, Purdue University, presents the lecture.
