Crimewatch Deluxe March 27-April 3

The following incidents were reported to the Athens-Clarke County Police:

Charles Hilburn reported an entering auto that occurred on 3/25/2008 at 86 North Ave. An unknown person shattered the passenger door window and following items were taken: Kenwood AM/FM Single CD stereo ($150), red, Apple iPod ($200), Apple iPod charger FM Transmitter ($70) and damage to the window ($100).

Isac Asher reported an entering auto on 86 North Ave. that occurred on 3/26/08 The vehicle, which was parked and secured, had the window on the driver’s side shattered ($100 in damage) in addition to a pioneer AM/FM single CD Stereo ($125).

George Hopkins reported a theft by taking that occurred on 3/26/08 on S. Milledge Ave., when his weedeater ($300) was stolen. According to a police report a white, Dodge pick up truck pulled into his neighbors drive, when two males got out of the car and placed the weedeater in the back of the truck and sped off. Hopkins chased the truck and the men pulled into Athens Scrap Metal on Highway 29, where Hopkins demanded his weedeater and the men threw it on the ground and sped off.

Taylor Miller Cain was arrested with underage possession and open container on 3/27/08 on N. Lumpkin Street. According to a police a report an officer spotted Cain near the Arch bar when they proceeded to cite Cain for an open container and then discovered that Cain was under 21.

Matthew Kallaoun reported an entering auto that occurred on Fifth Street between 3/26/08 and 3/27/08. The front passenger window was shattered and a stereo amplifier ($60), iPod ($150), iPod docking station ($90) were stolen and $200 worth of damage was done to the window.

Jacob Lawrence Harris was arrested with underage possession of alcohol, open container and unlawful use of license on 3/28/08 on E. Broad Street According to a police report, an officer saw him exit from a bar and produced a fake id when prompted.

David Wilbanks was cited with an open container on 3/28/08 on E. Broad Street after they saw him exiting from a downtown bar.

William Hackett was arrested with obstruction on S. Milledge Avenue between 3/27/08 and the early hours on 3/28/08. According to a police report an officer instructed him to get out of the area and he initially complied but then returned.

Eleanor Revell was arrested with underage possession of alcohol on S. Milledge Avenue between 3/27/08 and the early hours on 3/28/08. Police arrived at a party at a S.Milledge home when someone yelled alerting the guests that police were outside, causing them to run, according to a police report. Police officer yelled “Stop police” and people continued to run when he saw Revell standing in the dark with other people, the report states. She admitted to having three or more alcohol beverages according to the report.

Allison Magee was arrested with underage possession of alcohol on 3/27/08. According to a police report Magee has two IDs and attempted to use one to enter Bourbon Street When asked by an officer of her age she replied “old enough” but showed both IDs and was then arrested.

The following incidents were reported by University Police:

A male student reported a theft by taking that occurred on 03/25/08 between 7 p.m. and 10 a.m. on 03/26/08, in which a bicycle and lock ($205) were stolen.

Stephen Owen King Jr., was arrested with criminal trespass on 3/26/08 with a warrant issued.

Harrison Clay Davis was arrested with criminal trespass on 3/26/08 and a warrant was issued.

Brett Winston Murray, was arrested with felony, 2nd degree criminal damage on 3/26/08 and a warrant was issued.

Meagan Elizabeth Stowe was arrested with underage possession in Russell Hall on 03/28/08 at 3 a.m.

The following incidents were reported by Athens-Clarke County jail log:

Jonathan Daniel Arnold was booked with possession of an open container, cocaine, and schedule II controlled substance, a tail light violation, DUI for alcohol and prescription drugs not in their original container on 3/27/08 at 3:17 a.m.

James Finn Howell was booked on 3/29/08 at 6:22 p.m. with improper driving and DUI.

Jack Albert Lansky was booked on 3/29/08 at 4:26 p.m. with underage possession of alcohol and possession of id without consent.

Elizabeth Claire Masingill was booked with DUI alcohol and improper driving on 3/30/08 at 8:58 a.m.

Brittany Lennon McGraw was booked with underage possession of alcohol and DUI alcohol on 3/29/08 at 9:45 a.m.
