The following was reported by the University Police Department:
A University student reported a Gucci purse and contents ($796) stolen from Intramural Fields on May 4.
A visitor reported U.S. currency and Thailand Baat with a total value of $700 stolen from the Ramsey Center on May 4.
A University student reported $421 in U.S. currency stolen from Creswell Hall between April 23 and May 4.
The Sigma Chi Fraternity reported the theft of eight chapter pictures ($16,000) and damage to the fraternity house, three pictures ($6,000) but they were recovered nearby on May 6.
The University reported that a known individual acted in a way that placed him and others in fear for their safety at School of Music on May 5.
A University student reported a Trek 3700 bicycle ($380) stolen from Morris Hall between May 2 and May 6.
A University student reported someone caused intentional damage to his laptop computer at Russell Hall on May 7.
The University reported two palm pilots and a Dell laptop ($2,870) missing after inventory from the Pharmacy Building between 2006 and May 3, 2009.
The University reported a Dell laptop and a computer bag ($2,223) stolen from the Georgia Center between May 1 and May 3.
A University police officer observed burning furniture and limbs outside the building, extinguished, no damage reported at Kappa Sigma on May 8.
A visitor reported a wheelchair ($700) stolen from Sanford Stadium on May 9.
A University employee reported a Sony CD player ($70) stolen from his car at the Hull Street Deck on May 9.
The University reported paint was splattered on Joe Brown Hall between May 8 and May 10.
The University reported graffiti on Business Services between May 8 and May 11.
A University student reported a Pioneer CD player ($150) stolen from his car at Hull Street Deck on May 11.
A University student reported a bag, a Dell laptop computer and clothing ($595) stolen from his car at the Chi Phi Lot on May 15.
A University student reported her student ID ($15) stolen from the Miller Learning Center on April 27.
A visitor reported her Nikon digital camera and two memory sticks ($300) stolen from Sanford Stadium on May 9.
The University reported a known individual accessed a UGA database without authority on May 18.
A University student reported her purse and contents ($478) stolen from Building P Family Housing between May 18 and May 19.
The University reported a Trimble GPS unit ($4,000) stolen from Plant Science between January and April 20.
A University employee reported a known individual made contact with her against her wishes, individual was located and barred from campus at Boyd Graduate Studies between May 19 and May 20.
A University student reported an Alpine CD player and a CD ($212) stolen from the Delta Chi Lot on May 20.
A University employee reported her wallet stolen ($29), cards used without authorization from the Journalism Building on May 21.
A visitor reported an unattended Dell laptop and bag ($920) stolen from the Georgia Center on May 27.
The University reported an air cleaner assembly ($40) stolen from the Automotive Center between May 22 and May 26.
The University reported five Cannon digital cameras ($3,250) stolen from the Chicopee Complex between April 28 and May 28.
A University employee reported receiving repeated harassing calls at Dean Rusk Hall between May 26 and May 28.
Jameyson Elizabeth Ann Price, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was arrested at North Avenue and Thomas Street on May 26.
Christopher Nathaniel Jenkins, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Spring Street and Fulton Street on May 22.
Andrew Brian Nichols, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and a red light violation. He was arrested at Baxter Street and Newton Street on May 20.
Yanping Zhu, 28, was arrested and charged with being an unlicensed driver and overtaking on right. He was arrested at College Station Road on May 19.
Philip Samuel Hogg, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at the North Deck on May 16.
Salah Ben Eltarhoni, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at the North Deck on May 6
Keelan Montague Knox, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was arrested at East Campus Road and Cedar Street on May 6.
Hunter Drewrey Lupton, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was arrested at East Campus Road and Cedar Street on May 6.
Sungwoo Chung, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI drugs and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was arrested at Lipscomb Hall Lot on May 7.
Clifford Arlie Davis, 19, was charged with two counts of theft by taking. He was booked at 12:46 p.m. on May 13.
Mildred Everilda Berrera Alfaro, was arrested and charged with running a red light and being an unlicensed driver. She was arrested at Pulaski Street and Hancock Street on May 12.
The following was reported by Athens-Clarke County police:
On May 31 between 10:15 p.m. and 10:43 p.m., police were dispatched to Starbucks on College Avenue in reference to a robbery that just occurred. Diana Young was sitting outside in the patio area working on her computer, when a dark complexion black male in his mid to late teens walked past her on College Avenue. As the suspect walked by he reached over the hand rail, grabbed her bag, then ran on foot across East Broad and down Jackson Street toward UGA. She stated another black male was with him. A suspect was brought back to the scene and transported to the police department to be interviewed.
Brock Willett, Brockett Drive, reported between May 10 at 3 p.m. and May 31 at 1:30 p.m., someone broke the rear door window and entered his residence. An iPod player, computer, laptop, PlayStation 2, computer monitor, flat screen TV, PlayStation 360 and DVD player were taken with a total value of $6,400.
Brooke E. Gerber, of Preserves Drive, reported her residence entered between May 27 and May 28. A Panasonic Flat Panel TV, valued at $500, was missing.
Michael Whorton, College Avenue, reported his residence entered on May 28. A Nintendo Wii, games, Sony PlayStation 3 and controllers were missing – valued at $900.
Andrew Collings and Gerald Thomas of College Avenue and Justin Hinson of South Milledge Avenue reported the burglary of Collings’ and Thomas’ apartment on May 31. Computers, watches, and cell phones were taken.
Clare Kosloski reported her Alice Walker Drive residence was forcibly entered through the back door. Kosloski was unable to provide information on missing items at report time on May 31.
Sarah Lengford, Northview Drive, reported her residence entered on May 19. A 52-inch Samsung LG TV and Dell laptop computer were missing – valued at $1,700.
Jeffrey M. Greene, Shirley Road, reported his vehicle entered on May 19 on Moose Club Drive. A Garmin GPS and Apple iPod were missing – valued at $650.
Bryan Bird and Andrew Arnold, Woodstone Drive, reported their vehicles entered on May 19. An Alpine Subwoofer and two GPS Systems were missing – valued at $1,000.
Ann L. Crosby, Best Drive, reported her residence entered between May 14 and May 15. An Apple laptop computer, two iPods, an iPod Docking Station, HP Laptop Computer, 20-inch Magnavox TV, HP Digital Camera, 42-inch Flat Panel Samsung TV, Sony PlayStation 3, a Canon Digital Camera, PlayStation Video Game, Sony PlayStation 2 and six DVDs were missing – valued at $7,130.
Parker Nowell, South Hampton Point, reported that he left his residence on May 18 to find his front door damaged. A laptop valued at $1,500 was taken.
Jennifer Hughes, Hodgson Drive, reported her vehicle entered between May 4 and May 5. A Garmin GPS, XM Control Panel and FM Transmitter for a MP3 Player were missing – valued at $520.
Kattie Shelley, Rachel Ecke, Elizabeth Cowart, Summer Nelson, and Shannon Klein, South Milledge Avenue were victims of a burglary between May 9 and May 11. Numerous items were stolen and recovered totaling $5,745. An Ironman mountain bike, speakers, and a TV were taken with a total value of $405.
A burglary occurred on May 12 South Church Street. Sarah Gordon-Akhvlediani, Marie Uhler, and Ashley Rich-Robertson had property taken. CD/radio, two laptops, USB keyboard, earrings and a digital camera were taken with a total value of $2,358.
Megan Hughes, Third Street, reported her residence entered between May 7 and May 13. A Toshiba laptop computer and ring were taken – valued at $800. A suspect has been named.
Sinclaire Alexander Massey, 22, was charged with simple battery. He was booked at 1:36 p.m. on May 20.
Erin Michelle Peterson, 32, was charged with a probation violation. She was booked at 11:09 a.m. on May 20.
Kerchondra Satori Burden, 20, was charged with a probation violation. She was booked at 11:41 p.m. on May 27.
Kevin Mitchell Toelle, 23, was charged with felony false imprisonment. He was booked at 5:12 p.m. on May 24.
William McDowell Atherton, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, and failure to obey signals/signs. He was booked at 11:20 p.m. on May 29.
Graham Tillman Coffey, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, failure to obey signals/signs, and failure to obey right of way crosswalk. He was booked at 12:20 a.m. on May 30.
Ryan Bradford Will, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was booked at 3:13 a.m. on May 31.
Giovanny Aponte, 19, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was booked at 4:22 a.m. on May 22.
Joseph Matthew Barkelew, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was booked at 5:10 a.m. on May 22.
Salman Makhani, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was booked at 3:22 a.m. on May 22.
Derek Chenault Mierswa, 23, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was booked at 5:06 a.m. on May 22.
John Ashley Reese, 26, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was booked at 1:53 a.m. on May 22.
Wendell Amon Ricks, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol. He was booked at 2:12 a.m. on May 22.
John Fredrick Riles, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and failure to yield. He was booked at 9:06 a.m. on May 19.
Mark Allen Weaver, 24, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and disobeying traffic. He was booked at 4:10 a.m. on May 19.
Katherine Mosel Cook, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 3:52 a.m. on May 17.
Richard Angel Cuadrado, 20, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was booked at 3:43 a.m. on May 17.
William Allen Arnold, 23, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, improper driving, failure to show license in demand and failure to appear. He was booked at 12:43 a.m. on May 16.
William Cason Bruker, 23, was arrested and charged with hit and run of a parked vehicle. He was booked at 11:05 p.m. on May 15.
Peter James Wolynec, 19, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, expired tag and lights required. He was booked at 10:52 p.m. on May 15.
Ravente Demond Nowell, 20, was charged with felony theft by taking, misdemeanor simple battery and battery. He was booked at 7:11 p.m. on May 14.
Daniel Vinson Delaigle, 26, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, improper driving, and improper use of a mobile phone. He was booked at 4:30 a.m. on May 14.
Cory Byron Boslet, 20, was charged with a probation violation. He was booked at 3:28 p.m. on May 11.
Justin Xavier Lumpkin, 22, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and speeding. He was booked at 11:02 a.m. on May 11.
Robert Lee Bolton, 20, was arrested and charged with simple battery. He was booked at 3:40 a.m. on May 9.
Anthony Nicola Capomacchia, 21, was charged with a probation violation. He was booked at 7:13 p.m. on May 8.
Christopher Patrick McBride, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, improper driving, and held for other agency. He was booked at 5:25 a.m. on May 9.
Alisha Ann Russell, 31, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and lights required. She was booked at 3 a.m. on May 9.
Kyle Thomas Harris, 26, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, reckless driving, disobeying traffic and failure to move over for a law officer. He was booked at 4:36 a.m. on May 10.
William Chase Carter, 25, was charged with battery. He was booked at 8:59 a.m. on May 11.
David Michael Dawkins, 27, was charged with reckless driving. He was booked at 9:01 a.m. on May 11.
James Edger McManemon, 22, was charged with a probation violation. He was booked at 6:05 p.m. on May 10.
Brian Michael Pettis, 22, was charged with a probation violation. He was booked at 5:09 p.m. on May 6.
Matthew John Dreher, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, failure to obey traffic control and walking under the influence. He was booked at 12:24 a.m. on May 8.
Damien Jamal Porchia, 17, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. He was booked at 2:13 p.m. on May 7.
