Crimewatch July 17-29

The following was reported by the University Police Department:

A University student reported an ID card and keys ($105) stolen from McWhorter Hall on July 27.

The University reported an individual was smoking marijuana in Rutherford Hall but no contact made with suspect on July 25.

The University found a pipe with suspected marijuana residue at Lumpkin Street and Pinecrest Drive on July 25.

The University reported a Dell desktop computer ($700) stolen at the Miller Learning Center between July 22 and 23.

The University reported damage was done to an interior door at Dawson Hall between July 22 and 23.

A University employee reported a flash drive ($20) stolen from the Psychology Building between July 20 and 21.

A University student reported his vehicle was struck while parked at the Sigma Chi Lot on July 22.

A visitor reported his vehicle was struck while parked at the Hardman Hall Lot on July 21.

The University reported a Sympodium Monitor ($1,100) stolen from Gilbert Hall on July 21.

A University student reported an iPod ($250) stolen from his vehicle at the West Deck on July 19.

A University student reported $10 in change stolen from from her vehicle at the West Deck on July 19.

A University student reported an XM radio unit ($70) stolen from his vehicle, later recovered from the West Deck on July 20.

A University student reported a bag, makeup items and various clothing ($265) stolen from Creswell Hall on July 20.

A University student reported a vehicle struck her vehicle on the roadway and left the scene at College Station Road and River Road on July 18.

The University reported two DVD players ($1,000) stolen from Fine Arts between July 10 and 15.

Alpha Chi Omega Sorority reported a patio table, chairs and umbrella ($400) stolen between July 15 and 16.

A warrant was sought for Cassie Branya Butler on July 23 stemming from a Sick Person/Underage Possession of Alcohol report at Russell Hall on July 21.

Ahmed Khan, 21, was arrested after an active warrant discovered during traffic stop. He was arrested at Thomas Street and Washington Street at 2:10 a.m. on July 23.

The following was reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police Department:

John Calvin Byard reported his vehicle entered between July 12 and 13 while it was parked at his Barnett Shoals Road residence. A satellite radio receiver, speakers, stereo, and amplifiers with a total value of $2,300 were stolen.

James Wright reported his Little Street residence burglarized between July 1 and July 15. A laptop valued at $1,000 was stolen.

The South Hampton Court residence of Jordan Sitaras was burglarized between July 18 and 24. Two formal dresses were taken.

The Trail Creek Street residence of Thomas Bradley Willingham and William Alan Seibert was burglarized on July 22. Game systems and controllers, laptop computers, and computer games were stolen. The total value was $4,380.

Zoe Meloney, Fourth Street, reported her residence entered on July 27. A 32-inch Plasma Insignia TV, 19-inch LCD TV, and two Laptop Computers were missing – valued over $3,850.

Gregory Chris Callas, 21, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was booked at 4 a.m. on July 28.

Seth Embry Hancock, 21, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was booked at 2:13 a.m. on July 23.

Marcy Leigh McDonald, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and faulty brake light. She was booked at 3:09 a.m. on July 23.

Sidney Stewart Taylor, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, lights required and seat belts required. She was booked at 4:20 a.m. on July 24.

Kevin Michael Aland, 28, was arrested and charged with suspended license and DUI alcohol. He was booked at 4:42 a.m. on July 26.

Randy Lashae Campbell, 27, was charged with hindering. She was booked at 12:04 a.m. on July 26.

Taylor Whitfield Hammill, 23, was charged with theft of services. He was booked at 9:25 p.m. on July 20.

Paul Richard Temple, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 4 a.m. on July 18.

Auryn Atreyu Baruch, 19, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident. He was booked at 11:34 p.m. on July 18.

Michael Andrew Bauer, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and improper driving. He was booked at 5:14 a.m. on July 19.

Kristofer Dale Robertson, 21, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was booked at 4:19 a.m. on July 19.

Benjamin Boyd Torbert, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and speeding. He was booked at 3:44 a.m. on July 19.

Courtney Anderson Minner, 21, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and held for another agency. She was booked at 4:29 a.m. on July 17.

Mathew Fletcher Sanders, 23, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was booked at 1:21 a.m. on July 17.

Meagan Shinn, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 4:29 a.m. on July 17.

Chadwick Edward Gazzola, 22, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was booked at 2:38 a.m. on July 16.
