The following arrests were reported by the University Police Department:
Sylvester Webb, 51, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license. He was arrested at Williams Street and East Campus Road at 7:15 a.m. on Aug. 20.
Kirkland Tucker Clarkson, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at the Chi Phi Lot at 1:28 p.m. on Aug. 21.
Ashley Paige Kennedy, 19, was arrested and charged with theft by taking. She was arrested at McWhorter Hall at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 20. She is accused of taking two shirts worth $60 from McWhorter Hall, which were recovered.
Brian Douglas Thompson, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He was arrested at the Russell Hall Lot at 4:34 a.m. on Aug. 20.
Jacob Joseph Moskowitz, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Baldwin and Thomas streets at 12:41 a.m. on Aug. 19.
Patrick Joseph Ryan, 19, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, no headlights, underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at Cedar Street and D.W. Brooks Drive at 3:33 a.m. on Aug. 19.
Scott Layfield Stevens, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of a fake ID and not wearing a seat belt. He was arrested at Cedar Street and Sanford Drive at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 18.
Jordan Edward Erickson, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Cedar Street and D.W. Brooks Drive at 3:33 a.m. on Aug. 19.

Jeanene Sandra Richards, 18, was charged with theft by shoplifting. She was booked at 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 21.
Karla Rodriguez-Rivera, 18, was charged with theft by shoplifting. She was booked at 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 21
Devan Mackenzie Doherty, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open containers. She was booked at 11:56 p.m. on Aug. 22.
Alex Dumitru, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 1:34 a.m. on Aug. 23.
David Charles Lamb, 24, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was booked at 2:52 a.m. on Aug. 23.
