The Georgia swimming teams have signed three more prospects to letters-of-intent, according to an announcement Tuesday by coach Jack Bauerle.

Jessica Graber of Marietta and Shannon Vreeland of Overland Park, Kansas, inked with the Lady Bulldogs, while Conor Sweeney of Snellville signed with the Bulldogs.

A well-rounded athlete, Graber also has lettered in track and volleyball.

Vreeland attends Blue Valley West High and competes for the Kansas City Blazers. She is coached by Pete Malone, the coach of former Georgia All-American Katie Yevak. Vreeland is a versatile swimmer who could see action is as many as 11 of the 13 events at the collegiate level. She is listed as the fifth-best 100 freestyle prospect in the nation. Vreeland is both an All-American and an Academic All-American.

Sweeney goes to Brookwood High and competes for Coach Chris Davis with Swim Atlanta. Sweeney was the 2009 Class 5A state champion in both the 200 and the 500 freestyle events. He is considered one of the most rapidly improving middle distance swimmers in the nation.

“We are very excited about the addition of Jessica, Shannon and Conor to our teams,” Bauerle said. “We feel like they all have something to offer, something that will strengthen our team academically and athletically. We can’t wait for them to arrive in Athens.”
