The University hosts the 2010 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Tennis Championships beginning  Thursday and continuing through May 31 at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex. The team portion comes first from the 20th through the 25th, to be followed by the individual singles and doubles May 26-31. See below for a full schedule of events.

Both the men’s and women’s fields were completed this past weekend in regional action. The 16 remaining schools in the men’s bracket are Baylor, Duke, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisville, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, UCLA, USC, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

The women’s Round of 16 includes Baylor, California, Clemson, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas, and UCLA.

Seven schools – Baylor, Duke, Florida, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas, and UCLA – have teams on both sides still participating.

The Dan Magill Tennis Complex consists of six outdoor courts each at Henry Field Stadium and the McWhorter Courts. In the case of inclement weather, the complex offers four indoor courts at the Lindsey Hopkins Indoor Facility just next door. The complex has been host to the NCAA Championships 21 times before.

All-session general admission tickets are $100 for adults and $60 for youth. Daily general admission tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for youth. Group tickets are $5 each for groups of 20 or more and must be ordered by calling the ticket office.
