Evans court hearing postponed to Oct. 4
The court hearing for former Georgia Athletic Director Damon Evans scheduled for Monday in Atlanta has been postponed to Oct. 4.
Atlanta Municipal Court administrator Doug Mincher said Thursday the hearing for the 40-year-old Evans has been postponed at the request of Evans’ attorney, Steve Weiner.
Evans was arrested and charged with DUI on July 1. He resigned his position as athletic director two days later.
