Student-led wizard sport comes to campus

Abstract:
Kristin Foxworth is a shiny golden ball with wings. Sort of, anyway. Foxworth, a freshman from Ellaville, is a golden snitch in the University's Quidditch league, an amalgamation of students who created their own version of the beloved Harry Potter sport. "(To be a snitch I) have to be kind of sneaky and good at hiding in things that won't expose my yellowness," Foxworth said of her duties as an elusive flying sphere....

this is UGA, and we can get all the sex we want. Fortunately we believe there is more to life than bumping uglies. And that includes having fun and doing what you enjoy. We enjoy Harry Potter and we enjoy our game.

Me and my friend walked out to a quad of Frisbee talking about how amazing Harry Potter is and it came to us. A muggle adaption of the magical game.

Obviously these people enjoy Harry Potter and Quidditch enough for it to have gained such a large following in a matter of weeks and to get news coverage. The only person who really needs to get laid is the guy who scrolls news sites and tells people with a more enjoyable life they need to have sex.

Long live Harry Potter. Believe in Magic!

This is fantastic! Being creative, having fun with friends... and it's all Harry Potter-related! Genius! May the best team win! :-D

I am 51 years old. I would give anything to be young enough to play!!! My family has always known I was a nerd since I was 12,and my 21 year old says my pottermania proves it. Yes, I have my "potterposter" in my room and my hogwarts robes which i have worn to every book release.
So to all of you, WELL DONE, AND PLAY HARD!!

You play all wrong check out http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2220478706 for the reall rules. I mean first of you play with a frisbee and not a ball and secondly you dont have brooms. For this to really take of we need one set of rules used on every campus for every game.

These folks better hope the ATF doesn't come back on campus when one of these events is taking place. After what they did to the ninja, there is no telling what they would do to a bunch of students dressed up like wizards.
