Of course (illegal) Mexicans have increased buying power! They don't have to pay federal and state taxes and can go to the ER for free! I had over $7,000 in taxes taken out of my paychecks last year, and I still owe the IRS. Health and dental insurance premiums for my husband and I were over $2,500 for last year. That's almost $10K gone......

The words "illegal" and "Mexican(s)" were not stated in article above. The reference to Hispanics, which can be defined as a Spanish-speaking person or a U.S. citizen or resident of Latin-American or Spanish descent, does not specify a particular group and their nation of origin. In this article, Hispanics could be Puerto Rican, American, or Dominican such as myself.

I understand that you are upset with the amount of taxes that you have to pay; however, that blame should not be placed on an ethnic group. There may be several reasons why you are paying a large amount of taxes.
