Scooters now fun for everyone

Abstract:
At least one thing brings townies, University students and retired couples together to look like hip Europeans: their love of scooters. The use of scooters around the Classic City received negative attention this summer, but riders remain undeterred. SCOOTERS ETC....

Most scooters are much more polluting than SUVs.
http://www.wweek.com/editorial/3240/7867 Bicycles are the truly green (and healthy, and cool) alternative.

Where's the more acceptable E-scooters mentioned ???
less gas does NOT mean less pollution.
Go to any 3rd world country to see that !
I thought college people were supposed to be shmart...
hmmmm looks like cavemen are smarter
