Haha, accvording to the solicitor Teves has not had any charges dropped. Sounds like someone is a liar. I just called them, charges still active.

I think its odd that the writer left out why Rivera was charged with Obstruction of Officers. If you read the report he refused to remain in a chair where officers had detaines him, refused to submit to handcuffing, and his arms had to be pulled behind his back to be arrested. Its clear he resisted arrest not just "made comments" like the writer suggests.
Its clear that this is just another attempt by the R&B to smear police any chance they get.
