Student lives in SUV for month to win new ride

Abstract:
Would you consider living in a car for a month if you had the chance to drive away with it for free?

Jesika Wehunt, a sophomore from Douglasville, thought it would be worth losing a month of her summer to give it a try.

She now lives in a Mercury Mariner located in the middle of Alpharetta's North Point Mall as part of "Wheel World," a contest in its fourth year by Atlanta radio station, Star 94 FM....

Perhaps the relevance is that a UGA student has enough guts and determination and needs transportation so bad that she is willing to give up a month of her summer to achive that. Maybe you can not understand that because you were handed everthing you have and others have to actually work to just have the things that are taken for granted. The relevance is that she is getting tremndous support from fellow UGA students and alumni and from not only her sorority, DZ, but others and fraternities too! It is relevant because it shows if you work hard enough you can achive anything! Maybe you should follow suit!

Strive on

If you work hard enough, you too could represent the community well by learning to spell "achieve."

CONTRAGULATIONS JESIKA on winning the Star94 Wheel World Contest and the 2008 Lincoln Mercury Grand Mariner! You did it in true UGA DAWG fashion with lots of support from family, friends, students, alumni, DZ and the whole GREEK system. Drive to school this fall proudly! ! !
