you spoiled your son to death. you should've known when he got in trouble with cocaine. either that or he is messed up in the head because you are the one who stroke him on the head.

your family is just messed up in general.

At most entrances and exits to the Athens By- Pass, there are signs prohibiting, among other vehicles, pedestrians on the By-Pass. This tragic accident illustrates why pedestrians are so prohibited and why it is a violation of the law to walk along the By-Pass or illegally jay-walk across it. Yet this activity, violating the law, is an almost daily occurrence at particular locations, like around the Lexington Rd. (U.S. Hwy 78) exit. I have observed numerous instances, over the years, of pedestrians illegally crossing this very dangerous and wide roadway on foot. Sometimes Mothers (usually black) even do this with children, or teenagers do it. In fact, one even observes a well worn footpath along the right of way near where most of them cross. But I have never observed a single one of them stopped by a police officer being issued a citation for this dangerous, unsafe and illegal activity. It is even illegal for beggars to stand on the right of way, often right next to the sign prohibiting it, begging for money. They also risk the public safety by darting into the roadway if someone offers them money. I have nearly hit them with my car doing this illegal activity. The most the police will do is repeatedly give them a warning, if they even do that, since the jails are so full. This is another example of the local Athens police failing to enforce laws. Perhaps they think that because the Athens By Pass is controlled by the Georgia DOT that it is not their reponsiblilty to enforce the laws against pedestrians there, just like they seem to think they should not enforce the laws against illegal immigration so local employers can continue to illegally hire them for often unpleasant, unsafe and dangerous jobs for their selfish benefit. The police of course, never ask the citizens, whose forced taxation pays for their operations, what they think of all this failure to enforce laws. All this is similar to the failure of the police to enforce laws on homeless people, polluting the environment and possibly rising the public health with their unhealthy living habits which no landlord would even be pemitted to do, and which are violations of the housing laws of AThens. All this is for politically correct reasons so government does not look bad to certain segments of the population.
