Oh goodness. How embarrasingly inappropriate. Please don't post this on YouTube under any heading that includes the words "Athens," "UGA," "the south" or any combination of those words. Perhaps it would be best to go ahead and take it off the Red & Black website as well.

I don't get it. What's so inappropriate about that?

The word "KING" best describes Michael Jackson. He was our true bright and shining King. His singing, dancing, and charity work broke cultural barriers and set the ber high for future entertainers to come. His legacy and impact on music, culture, history, and the world will live on forever. Michael was truly a gift from God. He had such a kind and loving spirit. My prayers go out to his family, friends, and fans. We love you and we will never forget you. God Bless you Michael Jackson,

And don't forget, he was the most celebrated child molestor in the history of the US.

For those of you who cried, went to a Michael Jackson commemoration or a Thriller dance event, sent cards or flowers, ran out to buy more DVD's and memorabilia, wrote editorials or posted comments on the web, watched the news for hours/days on end or just gathered with your friends to talk about him; next time an American soldier is brought home in your area for the final time at least go out and stand at attention as the hearse goes by.

I never believed any of that child molestation nonsense that surrounded Michael Jackson. The only thing we know for sure is that he was the "Greatest Entertainer" that has ever lived.

Get your head out of the sand.

He paid one family $22 million so the kid wouldn't testify against him. He admitted as a 40 year old to sleeping with kids.

The boy who claimed Michael molested him later said that his mom told him to tell that lie in order to get money. Like OJ, Michael was found not guilty plain and simple. I think everyone is just jealous of the attention that Michael is getting. In my opinion, Michael deserves it because he was truly the "Greatest Entertainer" and "Biggest Star" that this world has ever seen. And, lets not forget his charity work that is still raising money to fight hunger and disease around the world.

On another note, I bet those Georgia Tech muggers are just criminal engineering majors.

OK Jamia. OJ didn't kill anybody either, right?

Well, for starters, a family was paid over 20 million to go away. Secondly, a kid described, in detail, the Wang of Pop.

jt and, uh, "chester"...

read up on both the 93 allegations, and the 2005 side-show of a trial.

then come holler at me.

Buckner, One cannot be indicted and tried without evidence of guilt. He admitted on national TV that the greatest show of love to young boys is to share your bed with them. Quoted. Word for word. Creepy.

Plus the $22 million worth of hush money.

What a waste of space to even post on this figure of the 20th Century.
He had absolutely no worth. His escapades showed ALL of him. He was a loser, except proved to be a wind-up toy of an entertainer that could bust a move!
Really now?!
What else will we have to listen to on his sorry, pathetic life? At least Diana Ross has shown an interest in taking care of his pet chimpanzee from his ridiculous Neverland ranch.
