Yeah, dude! Hell yeah! Brand new drunk dens built built by UGA! High five, y'all! Can't wait to see how these boys turn the houses to shit (like they did with every single one of the beautiful antebellum mansions they used to inhabit (including Sigma Nu's old River Road house). Way to go, UGA. Keep supporting the rich brat culture like you always do.

Get over yourself. It's not like they are giving these groups gifts...UGA's making money on this, and not one of these organizations is moving from an "antebellum mansion." Rather, they're leaving houses that were built less than 100 years ago for the express purpose of being a fraternity house. Take your repressed insecurities somewhere else.

he can't go somewhere else he doesn't have a ride... can you give him a lift in your jacked up Z71 with the cool duck sticker on the back (even though you don't hunt)

the Z71 ran out of gas

maybe you could give him a ride in your toyota prius with the obama sticker on the back (even though you really don't believe in socialism...)

It's good to see Adams' keeping his promises, here. I'm glad it worked out but did hate to see the old loblolly pines taken down.

I still don't get the meaning of a frat house. Regular dorms are not enough?

Dorms are for common folk.

Ahhh...just what we need, more frat boys and more places for them to date rape drunk girls.

Date rape? That implies I would actually take one of these coke slees on a date. Puck that sir. Puck that.

These floppy hoes just lounge around my frat castle all day doing chores and cleaning up while I dominate pledge bitches at FIFA (Shoutout to my boy Altidore).

At the end of the night a blowjee will turn into whatever else but trust me, it's consensual. I actually make them tape a video waiver and notarize a sealed consent form. On top of that I have them execute a deed to their vag and record it in Superior Court in the grantor/grantee index.

No means yes. Yes means yes. It's a win-win when you live the frat life. Have fun working on HJs in your dormrat hellholes. See you at the waffle maker in Bolton.

Looks like the project was a great success and I'm glad to see they will be building everything as planned. The university I worked at just underwent a small renovation by a local Stamford remodeling company and I felt the money was wasted as it was unnecessary. At least here the money is being well spent on creating good homes for students.
