The following incidents were reported to the Athens-Clarke County Police:

Kathleen Basslo reported an entering auto that occurred on 3/24/2008 at 290 S. Milledge Ave., in which contents from her pocketbook were stolen. According to a police report the front window on the driver's side was broken and a digital camera, check book ($1), credit card ($1), driver's license ($1) and Tommy Hilfiger purse ($25) was taken.

Jessica Walston reported an entering auto that occurred at 1035 Barnett Shoals Rd. at The Summit. Several electronics were stolen from the car including a speaker box with speakers ($400), J.L. Amplifer ($200), iPod ($150), wallet($20), Georgia license ($10) and credit cards ($10), according to a police report. The back driver side window of the 2004 black, Toyota 4 Runner was broken and used as a point of entry, according to the report.

Jason Cook reported a residential burglary on 3/24/2008 that occurred sometime between 3/8/2008-3/15/2008 at 1515 S. Lumpkin St. According to a police report, someone entered Cook's roommate's room, Ben Lin, which was closed but unlocked. A Phillips DVD player, Kodak digital camera ($150), various DVDs ($200), plastic cap full of change ($25), personal response system ($51.25) were stolen with additional damage done to the window screen. Lin was not in the apartment at the time.

Christopher Beaulieu reported a burglary on 3/24/2008 that occurred between 3/22/2008-3/23/2008 at 990 S. Milledge Ave. A silver, Dell laptop ($1500) was stolen. According to the report, Beaulieu went out of town and saw a window open upon return but did not think anything of it. Beaulieu believes that entry was made through the window.

Bradley Hanberry reported an entering auto on 3/19/08 at the Polo Club at 110 International Dr. According to the police report damage was done when the rear windows of the car were broken and a five channel amplifier, along with other electronics were stolen.

Michael Darsie reported a burglary on 3/19/08 at 419 S. Milledge Ave. According to a police report Darsie speculates that someone entered through the back door A laptop worth $1,200, laptop bag ($100) and Bluetooth keyboard were stolen.

Walter Bergeson was arrested with underage possession of alcohol and urinating in public on 3/22/08 on E. Washington Street. According to the police report Bergeson was urinating in front of the main entrance to the Hilton Garden Inn. When asked if he had been drinking and he replied "yes." When asked his age he said "19."

The following arrests were made according to the Athens-Clarke County Police jail log:

Tyrone Stewart, 19, was arrested by the University Police Department with criminal trespassing on 3/25/2008 at 7:40 p.m.

Donovan Baldwin, 21, was arrested with improper driving and DUI alcohol on 3/22/08 and booked at 6:12 p.m.

The following incidents were reported by University Police:

A female student reported and entering auto on 03/21/08 at 7:23 p.m. in the Church Street lot, where an iPod($150) was stolen.

A male student on 03/23/08 between 3 p.m. and 3:03 p.m. reported a theft by taking at the Ramsey Center. Several items including clothes ($55), a wallet and its contents ($115 total), keys ($10) and a cell phone were ($150) taken.

Gregory J. Gossett was arrested on 03/21/08 at 7:34 a.m. with underage possession on Cloverhurst Ave.

Chelsea Elizabeth Biele was arrested arrested on 03/21/08 at 7:34 a.m. with underage possession on Cloverhurst Ave.

Keaton Marie Sanders was arrested on 03/25/08 at 1:16 a.m. with DUI/Underage Possession/Improper Use of Center Turn Lane on Pinecrest Street at the intersection of Lumpkin Street.

A male student reported criminal trespass between 03/24/08 at 8 p.m. to 03/25/08 at 2:30 p.m. in the Legion Pool parking lot. A vehicle mirror was broken in the incident.

Benjamin Chase Bussard was arrested on 03/26/08 at 1:59 a.m. on Lumpkin Street with DUI/underage possession and failure to maintain a lane.

Rael Smith, male student was issued a warrant for having a weapon on school property on 3/19/08.

James Robert Mennette Jr., male student was arrested on East Campus Road on 03/20/08 at 2:40 a.m. with DUI/ Failure to Maintain/Driving Without a License

Male student reported a Theft by Taking in the Physics Building on 03/19/08 between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. A bag and its contents (including laptop computer-$2,033 total) were taken

A female student reported Criminal Trespass/Harassing Phone Calls at East Campus Village on 03/20/08 between 4:57 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. The student reported that a person known to her came to her room and sent her repeated text messages.

Elizabeth Tyler Tredway, female student was arrested with Possession of Fake ID on 03/20/08 at 7:34 p.m. on Thomas Street.

Taylor Manchester Bleke, male student was arrested with Possession of Marijuana (Misd)/Possession of Fake ID on 03/20/08 at 8:21 p.m. at the Thomas Street Art Studio Lot.

Clara Rose Farley, female student was arrested with DUI/Underage Possession/Failure to Maintain Lane on 03/21/08 at 2:33 a.m. on Lumpkin @ Baldwin Street.

Daniel Benjamin Wells, male student was arrested with DUI/Failure to Maintain Lane on 03/21/08 at 2:52 a.m. on Carlton Street @ Sanford Drive.

Jennifer Tess Morton, female student was arrested with underage possession in Brumby Hall on 03/21/08 at 4:55 a.m.
