Before many incoming freshmen can become true "Bulldogs," they must undergo the ritual of freshman orientation. This summer, over 4,800 incoming freshmen will spend the night at Creswell Hall during one of the 16 two-day orientation sessions. The Board of Regents updated its standards for the Regents' exam and agreed to pay $3 million to renovate the University's Fine Arts Building. In its Tuesday and Wednesday meetings, the board updated its policy on exemptions from the Regents' exam.
