A University student and three others were arrested Monday for robbing Raising Cane's in May. Sheyna Krystal Hopkins, 22, was arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary and a felony count of party to a crime of burglary. A heating and cooling unit in the psychology building failed between Monday night and Tuesday morning, killing 102 rats used in neuroscience research.
