For the second straight year, the Georgia women's tennis team will be a number one seed at an ITA Kick-Off Weekend event here. The Bulldogs will welcome Georgia State, William & Mary and Virginia Tech Jan. 29-30 at the Lindsey Hopkins Indoor Courts. Frank Ros, the captain of Georgia's 1980 national championship football team and an executive with the Coca-Cola Company, has been chosen as the 2009 recipient of the Bill Hartman Award.
