The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:
Karan George Thachil, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession and false name on license at The Reserve on 175 International Drive at 2:12 a.m. on Oct. 22. The officer asked him why he urinated in public when an officer was sitting there in the patrol car. Thachil said he was locked outside of his friend's house and tried to find a place that wasn't well lit.
Matt Collin Renaud, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession at Lakeside Apartments on 1000 Lakeside Drive at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 23
The following unrelated incidents were reported by the UGA police department:
The smell of marijuana smoke was reported at Boggs Hall at 12:16 a.m. on Oct. 21. Police reported but did not find the source.
Patrick Rahn Richardson was arrested and charged with underage possession at Russell Hall at 2:04 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Jason Anthony Porche was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and no headlights on Milledge Avenue at 2:05 a.m. on Oct. 20. Garrett Alan Parker, a passenger, was arrested and charged with underage possession and possession of fake ID. Claire Sanders McDuff, another passenger, was arrested and charged with underage possession.
Jordan Chase Klaus was arrested and charged with underage possession and possession of a fake ID at Creswell Hall at 3 a.m. on Oct. 20.
Karl Reiss Kramer was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and passing on the shoulder of Baxter and Newton streets at 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 20.
Lauren Ann Vanderbrook was arrested and charged with underage possession on River Road at 11:36 p.m. on Oct. 20.
Joseph Vladimir Hampl was arrested and charged with underage possession, obstruction and possession of a fake ID on Jackson Street at 3:13 a.m. on Oct. 21. David Jerome O'Hare was arrested and charged with public indecency and obstruction.
Morgan Michelle Andrew was arrested and charged with underage possession and possession of a fake ID at Russell Hall at 4:08 a.m. on Oct. 21.
Joshua Scott Fox was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure ot obey traffic control device and underage possession at Baxter and Newton streets at 2:27 a.m. on Oct. 22.
The following unrelated arrests were reported in the Clarke County Sheriff's Office booking log:
Austin Emile McDavid, 37, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and expired tag. He was booked at 10:48 a.m. on Oct. 22. McDavid is an educational program specialist in Child & Family Development.
Jack Emerson Thoma, 19, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol and one-way on a roadway. He was booked at 11:46 a.m. on Oct. 22.
