A Phi Delta Theta fraternity member was arrested Friday and charged with public drunkenness, criminal trespass and underage possession of alcohol after witnesses said he broke a glass window with a two-by-four, according to a police report.

Perryman Ellison, a junior from Atlanta, was seen running from the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house after Evan Meyers, a sophomore from Peachtree City and vice president of the organization, told police he heard the sound of glass breaking on the second floor.

Police located Ellison, who later stated he broke the glass, according to the report. Ellison said he used the two-by-four for protection because "he was assaulted in the past by a Pi Kappa Alpha member," according to the report.

Perry Ellison was a Phi Delt. Does it make any since for someone to break the window at their own fraternity house, and then run from one their frat brothers?

He was not a Pike, he told police he was seeking revenge becuase he was assaulted by a Pike in the past. Pretty simple case. Learn to read.
