Kelly Michelle Hughes, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 4:21 a.m. on June 4.
Jennifer Nicole Kane, 26, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. She was booked at 9:22 p.m. on June 3.
Jeremy Andreas Lomax, 21, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon and speeding. He was booked at 12:42 a.m. on June 4.
Terrance Orlando Lumpkin, 19, was arrested and charged with false report of a crime and felony robbery. He was booked at 3 a.m. on June 4. Lumpkin is a Snelling Hall utility worker.
Colin Wheatcroft Auer, 21, was arrested and charged with improper driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 2:09 a.m. on June 3.
Derico Antonia Davenport, 30, was arrested and charged with probation violation. He was booked at 5:50 p.m. on June 2. Davenport is a building services worker in the Butts-Mehre athletic building.

Samuel Young Henderson was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and Baxter and Newton streets at 4:20 a.m. on May 20.
Charles Candler Cook was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol at Rooker Hall at 12:52 a.m. on May 22. EMS was called to transport a sick student.
Ashley Ambria Powell was arrested and charged with theft by taking at 3:30 p.m. on May 27.
John Paul Hewlett, 33, was arrested and charged with simple battery. He was booked at 11:40 a.m. on May 12. Hewlett is an assistant chef at the Georgia Center. The victim said Hewlett made contact of a provoking nature with him at the Georgia Center.
Richard Thomas Cannon, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession fake ID at Reed Hall at 6:30 a.m. on May 7.
Paul Kyler Dennis, 20, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, improper driving and possession of fake ID on East Campus Road at 2:13 a.m. on May 6.
Adam Crowell Fisher, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession fake ID at Russell Hall at 3:40 a.m. on May 3.
Brynn Marie Pennington, 23, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and license not on person on East Campus Road at 2:39 a.m. on May 4.
David Matthew Ebinger, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol on Wray Street at 2:21 a.m. on May 2.
Alexandria Elizabeth Liu, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, hit and run of a parked vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol in the Brumby Hall lot at 1:40 a.m. on May 2.
Allyson Cassle Macatee, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol in the Brumby Lot at 1:40 a.m. on May 2.
The following incidents were reported by the Oconee County Sheriff's Department:
James Andrew Wiley, 20, was arrested and charged for leaving the scene of a wreck on March 17. While searching his car, police found a bag of suspected marijuana, a smoking pipe and a scale. Wiley also was charged with marijuana possession less than an ounce, following too closely and possession of drug-related items.
On April 13, deputy David Burchett was dispatched about 5 a.m. to a domestic problem on North Burson Avenue, Bogart. When he arrived he saw Jennifer Steele, 32, pacing around in the front yard. She appeared intoxicated and in a loud, slurred voice told Burchett to arrest her fiancé John Paul Hewlett, 33. She said she found proof on Hewett's telephone that he was cheating on her. When she confronted him about the evidence, she said Hewlett beat her. Burchett then spoke to Hewlett, who was more calm but appeared in a "medicated state of mind." He said his fiancée accused him of cheating and started acting crazy and hit him. "You know how women get," he told the deputy. Hewlett was arrested for battery and Steele for simple battery. Hewlett is assistant chef for Georgia Center food services.
On April 22, deputy David Burchett was dispatched to a home on Hog Mountain Road after the homeowner called to complain about two suspicious people standing around an unknown van in his driveway. Burchett arrived and talked with the driver of the van, who said he was driving east on Georgia Highway 53 when he swerved to miss a deer. He lost control of his 1998 Mercury Villager and wrecked, crossing several lanes of traffic, sliding into a ditch and jumping the car into the stranger's driveway. Burchett noticed the smell of alcohol as he was talking with the 18-year-old driver and a juvenile passenger. The juvenile's mother was called to the scene. Burchett found an open can of beer in the van. The driver, Brady Leighton Lotane, of Old Farm Road, Watkinsville, was arrested and taken to the Oconee County Jail. The juvenile was arrested and released to his mother.
On April 24, police tried to stop a 1993 Acura Legend for a traffic violated committed on North Main Street. After a short chase, police stopped the car and arrested Desiree Sari Abrams, 26, of Whitehall Road for speeding and attempting to elude. The car was impounded.

On Feb. 9, deputy Gary Floyd was working a license checkpoint on Norwood Road, Hull and arrested Cuyler James Repine, 20, of Fayetteville on charges of DUI and underage consumption of alcohol. Repine denied drinking, but at the jail he registered a .10 on the test.
Rusty Julian Adams, 21, of Bowersville was arrested for possession of marijuana after deputies detected the smell in his car.
