The following incidents were reported by the Athens Clarke County Police Department:

Travis Anthony Cook, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, possession of an ID without consent and pedestrian walking on the road. He was booked at 12:58 a.m. on Aug. 29.

John Haynes Fowlkes, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open containers. He was booked at 12:07 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Whitney Lynn Millwood, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and failure to use safety belts. She was booked at 2:29 a.m. on Aug. 28.

David Trenton Mitchell, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 1:37 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Jason Michael Wood, 34, was arrested and charged with DUI, improper driving and headlights. He was booked at 3:52 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Jerry Daniel Doss was charged with possession of marijuana. He was booked at 5:48 p.m. on Aug. 25.

Michael John White, 18, was charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:01 p.m. on Aug. 25.

Jonathon Stewart of Will Hunter Road reported his 1989 Chevrolet S10 Blazer was stolen from his residence between 11 p.m Aug. 27 and 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28. The truck is red and white, 2-door, with Georgia tag AWD 7957, and is valued at $3,500.

The Griffith Street residence of Rebecca Suzanne Barfield was burglarized between 9:45 p.m. Aug. 25 and 6 a.m. Aug. 26. A notebook computer with charger and a wireless adapter were stolen. The total value was $2,550.

The following incidents were reported by the University Police Department:

Andrew Max Davis, 19, was arrested and charged with DUI, underage possession of alcohol and improper stopping in roadway. He was arrested at East Carlton Street and River Road at 9:40 a.m. on Aug. 27.

Rhjarshi Debnath, 35, was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane. He was arrested at East Campus Road and Vet School Lot at 2:16 a.m. on Aug. 29.

A University student reported receiving a phone call of a harassing nature at 3 p.m. Aug. 27 at Rutherford Hall.

A University student reported football tickets worth $48 were stolen at Creswell Hall 4:55 p.m. on Aug. 28.

The University reported an aluminum ladder worth $130 was stolen from the Georgia Center between May 14 and Aug. 15.

University police responded to a report of smoke and smoldering straw and hay outside the Chi Phi fraternity house at 2:20 a.m. on Aug. 23.

A visitor reported three bales of hay worth $18 were stolen from the Kappa Alpha Lot between 6 p.m. Aug. 22 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 23.
