Miami vs No. 5 Florida
Gainesville, Fla.
ESPN 8 p.m.
It's easy to forget how intense this rivalry was since these two in-state teams don't play that often anymore. But it's good to see this game back this year. Florida will use its spread attack to try and score quickly, although Miami's rushing attack will attempt to control the ball and break big plays. An upset would put Miami back on the national radar.
No. 8 West Virginia vs. East Carolina
Greenville, N.C.
ESPN 4:30 p.m.
What initially looked like another easy game for West Virginia became a hurdle after East Carolina surprised Virginia Tech last week. West Virginia quarterback Pat White had a huge day passing against Villanova last Saturday, but will have to face a Pirates' defense that held Virginia Tech to 243 yards of offense.
Ole Miss vs. No. 20 Wake Forest
Winston Salem, N.C.
ABC 3:30 p.m.
With Clemson laying an egg against Alabama, Wake Forest will look to instill some ACC pride when Ole Miss travels to Winston-Salem. Ole Miss' rushing attack was superb against Memphis as the Rebels put up 216 yards on the ground. Both teams like to run and it could end up being a battle won in the trenches.
Stanford vs. No. 15 Arizona State
Tempe, Ariz.
10 p.m.
Arizona State faces a test as Stanford visits Tempe to try to snag its second Pac-10 win of the year. If the Sun Devils win, then it could be a top-10 matchup when Georgia flies out to Tempe in Week 4. However, Stanford running back Toby Gerhart might have something to say about that, after coming off an impressive 147-yard, two-touchdown performance against the Beavers.
