Baby Baby is a high energy band that isn’t afraid to interact with its crowd. The band opened for the Black Lips Saturday night at the 40 Watt Club.

Starting with a small crowd, Baby Baby slowly drew in more people from outside with cowbell and what its Facebook page describes as “homemade Fun Rock songwriting with a hiphop swagger.” Baby Baby has an electric stage presence that would energize even the most lethargic of concert goers.

“This is a party, and a party is a marathon not a sprint,” said Baby Baby lead singer Fontez Brooks

If this performance was a marathon then Baby Baby are olympic athletes. The band is a head-banging good time.
