This event will feature a panel discussion about whether and when it is ethically permissible to take pictures of people in a public space without their consent. Panelists include moderator Pat Priest; retired UGA law professor Lee Reed; Mark Johnson, head of photojournalism at Grady College; poet and social worker Michelle Castleberry; and local photographers Jason Thrasher and David Noah.
