There are two approaches you can take to fixing a leaky faucet.
The first approach is to skip the hassle and call a repair company. Try Athens-based Ferguson Plumbing Supply at (706) 548-5510, or Alliance Plumbing and Drain at (770)-658-0115.
If you’re feeling handy, the first step to fixing the faucet yourself is to turn off the water valve under the sink.
Second, remove the faucet handle using a screwdriver, hex key or Allen wrench.
Remove the cartridge with a crescent wrench and insert a new cartridge that fits your make and model.
Reattach the faucet handle and tighten it, then turn the water valve back on and enjoy a leak-free faucet.
