PHOTOS: Five Points Food Truck Party provides food, community at Milledge Avenue Baptist Church
Milledge Avenue Baptist Church hosted the third annual Food Truck Party on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2019, in Athens, Georgia. Each year, a percentage of the proceeds benefits a different local nonprofit. This year, food truck vendors and senior pastor Edward Bolen chose to partner with Project Safe and donated of the portion of the proceeds to the organization. Project Safe is based in Athens serves to end domestic violence through crisis intervention, support systems, advocacy and more.
