This upcoming Saturday, Athens' J&J Flea Market will be celebrating Small Business Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The market of over 1,200 vendor spaces will be featuring small businesses as people visit to complete their holiday shopping or look for deals.
Small Business Saturday is a nationwide trend created in 2010 with the goal of helping local businesses compete with larger chains who typically see large amounts of holiday shoppers for Black Friday.
