The University of Georgia club eventing team gathered at Ashland Farm in Covington, Georgia, on April 8, 2021, to have a few group cross country lessons to practice the phase of eventing competition. The groups were divided into three sections based on horse and rider experience. The pairs practiced common obstacles found on a competition course: ditches, banks, water and solid fences. Cross country is only found in the equestrian sport of eventing in which there are three phases: dressage, cross country and show jumping.
