Stegeman Coliseum at the University of Georgia will be undergoing construction to retrofit the glass panel installation and eventually remove the scaffolding.

There will be closures of lanes and sidewalks on Carlton and Smith Streets around Stegeman between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the week, and certain access points along the perimeter of the coliseum will also undergo temporary closures.

There will be signs providing appropriate instructions, according to the UGA master calendar.

Work will begin April 14 and is scheduled to be finished July 31.

East Campus Road at Sanford Stadium one lane and the sidewalk will also be closed intermittently from 6 p.m. to midnight on April 14 as a result of a project by AT&T to upgrade wireless cell service at the stadium.
