But it’s easier to deal with the harsh realities of finals week if you go in prepared. So go pick up some note cards and a highlighter, and add these stress-fighting strategies to your arsenal.

Some of these de-stress techniques are quite ingenious, not many people knew them and they should try them as soon as possible. But, to be honest, some medical problems which produced because of high levels of stress can not be treated in this way.
