WEEK IN PHOTOS: UGA basketball is back, back-to-back volleyball losses, Athens Farmers Market and more
UGA basketball is back, and both men's and women's teams won their season openers at home — the men against Western Carolina, 91-72, and the women against Kennesaw, 80-65. Athens Farmers Market filled Creature Comforts with bright, locally grown food, and UGA hosted an event to celebrate first generation college students. UGA volleyball fell to Kentucky and Missouri this weekend, but Georgia football shut out Missouri 27-0 despite injuries during an exceptionally cold night game.
